Creating Your Account

Getting started with AudioPod AI is quick and easy. Follow these steps to create your developer account:

1. Sign Up

Create Your AudioPod AI Account

Sign up now and get 10,000 free credits (~$1.33 value) to start building

​

2. Account Information

When signing up, you’ll need to provide:

• Email Address: Used for login and important notifications
• Full Name: For account identification and billing
• Password: Secure password for your account

​

3. Email Verification

After registration:

1. Check your email for a verification code from AudioPod AI
2. Enter the 6-digit verification code to complete registration
3. Your account will be activated automatically
4. You’ll receive your welcome credits (10,000 credits = ~$1.33 value)
5. A free Basic plan subscription will be automatically created for your account

Profile Management

Updating Your Profile

To update your account information:

1. Go to Account Settings
2. Click Profile in the sidebar
3. Update your information:
   • Full name
   • Company name
   • Phone number (optional)
   • Profile picture

Email Address Changes

To change your email address:

1. Go to Account Settings → Security
2. Click Change Email Address
3. Enter your new email address
4. Verify the new email address
5. Your login credentials will be updated

Security Settings

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for additional security:

1. Go to Account Settings → Security
2. Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication
3. Use an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
4. Scan the QR code or enter the setup key
5. Enter the verification code to confirm

Password Management

To change your password:

1. Go to Account Settings → Security
2. Click Change Password
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter and confirm your new password
5. Click Update Password

Password requirements:

• Minimum 6 characters
• At least one letter (uppercase or lowercase)
• At least one number

Login History

Monitor your account security by reviewing login history:

1. Go to Account Settings → Security
2. View Recent Login Activity
3. Review locations and devices
4. Report any suspicious activity

Account Verification

Business Verification

For higher spending limits and enterprise features:

1. Go to Account Settings → Verification
2. Upload business documentation:
   • Business registration certificate
   • Tax ID or VAT number
   • Proof of address
3. Wait for review (typically 1-2 business days)

Identity Verification

For enhanced security and higher rate limits:

1. Upload a government-issued ID
2. Provide proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
3. Complete verification process

Account Deletion

If you need to delete your account:

1. Go to Account Settings → Account
2. Scroll to Danger Zone
3. Click Delete Account
4. Confirm by typing your email address
5. Click Delete My Account

Before deletion:

• Download any important data
• Cancel active subscriptions
• Use remaining credits
• Revoke all API keys
